General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading team of project managers directly responsible for the delivery of construction projects across the portfolio.
  • Managing the construction process from the initial phase of planning, hiring contractors, supervision of progress, and handover of projects.
  • Maintain profit/loss accountability for each project site – including job cost controls and proactive measures to meet or beat budgeted costs. Maintain job cost reporting per company policy.
  • Ensuring all projects meet quality and safety standards, and all company policies and procedures and local authorities’ requirements are adhered to.
  • Ensuring RFP’ s/RFQ’s are accurate and timely.
  • Preparing and monitoring construction budgets and schedules.
