Established in 2010 and based in Lebanon, Kaizode is a one-stop-shop Boutique HR firm that helps students, jobseekers, and organizations reach their goals by continuously improving and developing solutions.

We work with our clients to find solutions and manifest them, using Kaizen as our influencing philosophy and core value in all our practices. The compile between the Kaizen and the code of success is what modeling our concept.

Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” 

We prepare job seekers and students for the future and equip organizations with a wide range of solutions and best practices for continuous business success.

Kaizode offers organizations full consultant services, including outsourcing, workforce, and in-house training, as well as career development services for job seekers and students to obtain a compelling career profile.

Our expert teams exist in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, with extensive experience in successfully executing HR consulting projects throughout Maldives, Iraq, and most GCC countries.

OUR STORY

Assisting friends with the process of finding better jobs was a hobby. It became a freelancing job when a strange lady took our co-founder number from a Red Cross volunteer whose resume we helped prepare; she offered money after she discovered that 23 of the 27 CVs we created received calls for an interview. Since 2010, we’ve been helping people present their strengths through coaching, professional assistance, and career consultation on a full-time basis. 

In 2013, we discovered that helping people wasn’t enough; we started helping companies promote an environment of learning, collaboration, innovation, personal empowerment, and wealth-sharing by establishing professional HR Consulting services.  

In 2018, Kaizode integrated training and educational solutions for our various clients. In 2020, because of Covid-19, Kaizode started its first online training center delivering life and career-changing solutions for individuals and corporations.

We chose Kaizode as our name as a merging of two parts: the Sino-Japanese word “kaizen,” which simply means “change for better,” which serves as our philosophy; and “Code of Success,” the process of coding converts information from a source into symbols to reach success.
